Classes

Classes for categories or techniques

Small group, one to four participants

$100/hour

In your kitchen or ours, begin to master a group of techniques. One hour minimum. PLEASE choose from our extensive list or request what you want or need. NOTE cost of ingredients is separate, but at wholesale pricing when possible.

Large group, cooking party, 5 to 20 participants

$125/hour

In your kitchen or ours, you and your guests can prepare a feast or learn anything from our lists.  NOTE: cost of supplies is additional, but wholesale pricing whenever possible

Side by side meal prep

Prepare a meal with Joe guiding every step.

Shopping

$100/hour

We can shop for all the ingredients for you.  Cost of supplies is added, but is at wholesale when possible. NOTE: you are invited to shop along with us., often at RESTAURANT DEPOT, a members-only,  wholesale restaurant supply center: an adventure in itself!

Feast Prep

$125/hour

"From soup to nuts", side by side we execute the meal together
